High Season –  Christmas, Easter, long weekends, school holidays, public holidays and festivals/special events.

Deposit & Payments

    A deposit equivalent to the first nights accommodation is required at the time of booking.

    Changes & Cancellations

      In the event of a cancellation during standard periods, refunds will only be given if notice is given at least seven days before arrival.

      During High & Mid season, if a cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the stay, deposits will be forfeited.

      A fee of $20 will be applied to all cancellations. No refunds will be given for early departures.

      75% of Holding Fee refunded with over 30 days notice; no refund with less than 30 days notice.

      All cancellations need to be in writing.

      No refunds given for High period bookings.

      If you change the dates booked, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
